Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to FlashDigitalNext in the twelve months preceding the claim. This limitation applies regardless of whether the claim is based on contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so these limitations may not apply to you. In such cases, our liability shall be limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

8 Account Termination

These terms of use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or your use of our platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, we encourage users to contact our support team to resolve disputes amicably. We are committed to working with users to address concerns and find mutually acceptable solutions when possible.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent.
